These days, bit coins and block chains are very hot.
The story about the 4th industry is still on the way, so it seems to be hotter.

I am particularly concerned with the development of autonomous driving technology
Think about the future city image.

We think that autonomous development will change our lives very much.
Especially in many countries, such as Korea, the value of real estate is a lot of private wealth
Autonomous driving seems to change much of our lives beyond our cities.

First, autonomous driving is likely to directly change our city.
In some newspapers, when autonomous driving is possible, residential areas such as parking lots and apartments are completely separated

And this autonomous driving seems to be able to disperse the settlement centered on the metropolitan area.
