The Wicked Witch in Our Neighborhood who is Mean to My Kids :(
She lives on the corner of our Street about two houses down. Cranky ole bag.
Last Spring She Told My Kids to...
Well, my kids ride up and down our street on their bikes. And our neighbor who lives directly across from the neighborhood "witch" gave permission to my kids to ride in their driveway. Well they were doing this and the "witch" was backing out on her broom a.k.a car :) As she was doing this she rolled down her window and yelled at my kids to play in their own driveway and "get the hell out of other peoples' driveways " .

Then last month...
My kids' closet friend who lives right down the street was walking back to her home from the mailbox. She dropped some mail at the edge of the "witches' " driveway. She proceeded to pick it up only to hear "pick your shit up and get outta here". It was the toxic "witch" barking out from her garage. Of course this poor girl was alarmed and quickly went and told her parents. The parents walked by our house. I was outside and they said they were going to talk to this lady, the "witch".

Conclusion...
They said she came to the door and denied everything. But she was not really respectful or nice.
Oh well, some people in this World are hopeless . I just tell my kids to stay way away from her yard. But if she does start verbally assaulting them with profanity then someone might just have to summon Dorothy and the Scarecrow to take a bucket of water to throw on this ole wicked witch. And melt her to oblivion :>)

Um...wow. That takes a hell of a lot of nerve. Whenever I drive by a house with a bashed mailbox or toilet papered tree, I wonder what they did to piss off the local teenagers. She's close to extending them a formal invitation.
If she did the same to my kids, I would be tempted to walk over, introduce myself, and tell her that based on her history of using coarse language and an abusive tone of voice, she does not have my permission to speak to my children or their friends under any circumstances. In the future, if she has a problem with my kids or my kids' friends, she needs to bring it up with me and I'll take care of any disciplinary measures. If that doesn't work, bring on the security cameras and restraining orders.
Rule #1: Don't f*** with people's kids.
Rule #2: DON'T F*** WITH PEOPLE'S KIDS.

That sucks man. It is a good learning experience for the kids though to see that it's not all rainbows and cupcakes out there.

My hubby had a woman at work like that. No one liked her - and she didn't like anyone.
But he set out to just keep being kind to her -and can you believe it.... she ended up loving him (and only him) LOLOLOL
Everytime I have a hard time with someone, he always just says her name to me .... LOL
