Higher education??

I want to start of by saying I have not entered any typre of tertiary education.

Now while I 100% in learning in education, is Higher education (college and University) necessary?
I have completed an apprenticeship (mechanic).

In saying this the position I currently hold is upper management of a large corporation, I am 25yo have a mortgage and no student debt (not to say I dont have other debt).

The prices college and university place on now readily available content is ridiculous right?
