Hey everyone.

 If you want a kid off laziness and become the most focused version of yourself, I believe that you should look at people who become a living example of focus .
         It's  very easy you have to talk with your subconscious mind .What is about the subconscious mind, think of your mind as a chip of both the conscious mind is the crew of the ship the subconscious mind is the captain of the ship,the crew of the ship is responsible for all your tasks all your daily actions ,but the subconscious mind is the part of your mind that decides where the ship will go where your life will go .

So if your subconscious mind is full of thoughts like I'm gonna be average all my life I'm not gonna be make it in life that's where your life will end up going but if your subconscious mind is a captain and you tell yourself that you are gonna be best in the world that's probably what's going to happen.So how do you manipulate your own mind in order to become the best most focused version of itself, your mind works based on data the data that you feed into it your surroundings will affect what your mind thinks and how your mind work , so if you surround yourself with negative people or negative content pieces that's how your life is going to become.You are going to think negative you'r not gonna be think highly of yourself ,the step towards killing off laziness is surround yourself with positive data,positive positive people , positive content like good books ,good videos ,good podcasts but most importantly if you want to hardwire your mind it has to come from within yourself.Every single night you've got to promise yourself that you're gonna give it your 120 percent the next day,and you're someone who can't go to sleep with that false positive mind set then i'll tell you this quick solution go and meditate .

Meditation has a direct link affecting your subconscious mind they get seriously ,so that's the long term solution a killing of laziness .
