You certainly often hear that eating fullness makes the stomach look great, meaning you should not eat until full if you want to thin. That's what most people today believe. Hunger is a condition that can be caused by three things, namely:

But I remind you, for those who want to use this way, make sure this way only for emergency conditions, you should eat normally. Besides sweet candy different from chocolate. If you are in this condition, then stomach acid increases and begins to feel nauseated, you should avoid chocolate candy, because chocolate contains caffeine that is quite harmful to the sensitive stomach.
