Help me, Help you

This is the main rule in this life. Not only on steemit.
In work. Help me boss i will help you boss
In house. Help me wife i will help you wife
In family. Help me dad i will help you dad

Why we are mean?

Why in steemit we do help each other .....

We consider the young people joining as a spammers. ..

They lack of exp. I consider a spammwr a guy is not having any posts or minimal and he is growing with +80% power in his bag....

But the guy who is having 0 power/ 0 value is not a spammer.... abd he has dome pists but not lucky to gain momentum.

Why should not we help some of the young members...

I saw here one member supported a girl ... she was trying hard. But she was not lucky. She did as we all were thinking more comments with more votes to of power 0 then some sp will be collected.... he explained to her the mistakes dhe was doing. He upvoted her . He asked his friends to support her behind the scenes
.. and today she has a reputation level of 61 here in steemit platform.

So she jumped from a spammer as defined by some racist here to a good fellow and great steemian and now she is a good supporter to young members in steemit..... this is what one can call it...... help me help you.
