We are treated by the way we treat others. Though not all of the time it is applicable, because not all people we want to influence would accept us, our ideas and motives. Yet it is indeed necessary to listen to the opinions of others since not all of our judgment on things are correct. We must also accept the views of others, and that can make us grow.
