We usually take many things and situations for granted just because we are used to them and we find it normal. In this post I will detail 5 questions of which you rarely know the answer and you will be surprised to see that they are very simple questions that a child could ask us. It seems that over the years we stop paying attention to what surrounds us and we should never stop being curious as a child.

1- WHY IS HEAVEN BLUE?

Our atmosphere disperses the rays of sunlight (made up of all the colors of the rainbow), and in particular the Oxygen and Nitrogen molecules scatter to a greater extent the short waves corresponding to the colors blue and violet. For this reason we see the sky blue, if there were no atmosphere we would see the sky black.

2- WHY ARE THE AIRCRAFT WHITE?

I have found several reasons why airplanes are white. The white color reflects more sunlight and cools the fuselage, is cheaper to paint and degrades less the color. It is also easier to resell to another company, it looks better both at night and in search tasks, in short, many reasons push the planes are white.

3- WHY DO WE BOSTE?

The function of yawning is not very clear, I have been looking and I found 2 theories that I think are good, the first is from a Gallup study (2007) at Princeton University, where they discovered that body and brain temperature decreases after the yawns and concluded that one of the functions is to lower the temperature of the brain.

The other thing that I also like is that when we relax or bored our heart rate decreases, that does not like our body because it lacks oxygen and we yawn to give this extra oxygen that we lack.

4- WHY DO WE HAVE A CHICKEN SKIN?

The skin of chicken is an evolutionary effect that we have kept for thousands of years, we get goosebumps as a reaction to situations that cause extreme emotions. Its function is the thermal regulation of the body, and the segregation of adrenaline in this type of situations.

5- WHEN WILL THE SUN DROP OFF?

The hydrogen reserves of the Sun will allow it to shine approximately 4.5 billion years more. If we do not load the planet and the life that lives in it before, this seems to be the expiration date of the Earth. When this happens, the Sun will contract and then expand until it engulfs the planet Earth.
