There are thoughts, which usually disturb us in the head, those thoughts are usually negative. With that kind of thoughts, we must be very careful, because they tend to be dangerous. In the case of depressed people can lead them to attempt against their own life and that of others.

My first recommendation to get those thoughts out, would be for people to seek God, to take refuge in the faith and, in prayer, for sure, he will open the doors, so that they can undress their mind and, get out, those thoughts. Then, look for help, talk with those people to whom, you have more confidence about the problems and harmful thoughts that go through your mind and, in case of not getting a solution, ask for psychological help.

We ourselves are owners of our actions, we try that thoughts are translated into positive actions and, as you say we give identity to our belonging
