Infection: 3 Types Of Pain Men Can’t Deal With And Yet Women Can!
Cystitis: Again, another vaginal infection to add to the list of many things women must put up with. When God made woman, he knew whatever was thrown at her in life she had the strength to deal with it. Whereas, man, who supposedly the stronger sex, couldn’t cope with any one of these 3---childbirth---period pains---bacterial vaginosis!
Any man after experiencing the pains linked to women problems are likely to issue a surrender plea whilst holding a white flag
Is Man The Weaker Sex? MAN FLU… need I say more!
(It's A Joke Guys Keep Your Hair On)Cystitis is associated with women more than it is with men because apparently, female urethras are shorter. Nonetheless, both genders are treated the same. Cystitis is the medical term used by doctors for inflammation of the bladder. Inflammation is a usual result of a bacterial infection.
Acute cystitis means instant inflammation. Every day hygiene items, specific conditions with a complication, and even particular drugs can make acute cystitis occur.
Bacterial cystitis is a urinary tract infection. Once bacteria from the outside ends up on the inside after tunnelling through the urethra into the urinary tract, it’ll grow and inflammation happens.
Most identified cystitis type is typically reasoned by Escherichia coli bacteria.
Not every case but most cystitis will start bettering after 48 hours, that is, if a mild form of the infection. Infection showing no sign of improvement see a GP because stubborn cystitis will need antibiotics.
Symptoms:
- Stabbing pains when weeing
- Regular urge to urinate
- Backache
- Lower abdominal pain
- Sick feeling
Bladder Health:
Suggestions below have a doctor confirm they’re safe to follow.
- Improve bladder mechanics by drinking water.
- Avoid too much alcohol and caffeinated beverages.
- Consume a healthy daily amount of high-fibre foods to help prevent constipation.
- Exercise is good for bladder health.
- Pelvic floor exercises keep the bladder controlled (stopping leaks).
- When the urge prompts you to use the toilet, do so. Bladder muscles are easily weakened by keeping urine on hold. All urine is to be passed and the bladder completely emptied.
- After passing stools clean from vagina to the rectum so to stop bacteria entering the urethra.
- After sexual intercourse urinate if possible as flowing urine will clean bacteria from the urethra if it happened.
- Give the genitals breathing space.
