My first days in Bangkok

Day 1

Arrived on october 5TH at almost 1pm. I was so excited and happy to finally arrive and start this journey in Bangkok. Very optimistic I was feeling, Sam (My friend) came to the airport to pick me up, that meeting after two months or more was not for me as I expected. I felt a little bit coldness, awkwardness and distance between us, I could not feel the connexion that we left last time we were separated.
Anyway, it did not matter to me. Sam was a little bit anxious and worried about his future and the investors, but he was so glad I finally came to Bangkok (at least this is what he said then). After that the first question he asked was : « where will you stay ? » ; that question made me a little bit confused, since I thought they would prepare for me a place to stay in, so I did not know what to answer honestly, I just told him that I’ll find a hostel or some good close place to stay in at least for a couple days. I did not exchange money since I had some, but the hotel I went to took all what I had; it costed me almost 2400 Baht, I had nothing left. The only meal I had was the one in the air plane (the breakfast), I had nothing after that, I couldn’t even get something to eat since there were no exchange center open close to the place, so I stayed at my hunger the whole night. I couldn’t even sleep because of the jetlag. I did everything possible to close my eyes and get some rest, those attempts were useless, I could sleep only at 5am until 1pm, starving with empty stomach.

Day 2

Still suffering from jet lag, I was able to wake up at 1pm, I prayed, changed and still had not eaten anything since almost 24h, only water; I was really starving. Sam came out to pick me to the other partners’s house, it is located at a very nice luxury apartment, where Jay and Micky were waiting for us. Once I got in, I asked for a coffee, I mixed it with some soy protein powder. They explained the contract to me, I signed it and then gave them my investment, with a benefit of 8% each month, of course, the bonuses according to how good my work will be. I was a little bit disappointed, I expected a little bit more, since after calculating, they choked me with the fact that I will pay the rent of the apartment I thought I would not pay for it (they never mentioned that when we talked couple days ago) . The rent will cost me almost 300$ a month or 8000 baht. I tried to hide my anxiety to the team, do not want them to feel how frustrated and scary I was. Sam told me to not worry about anything, I am trying not to. I have only one way for now. Another way is to build my network here with Billionex, or the world or cryptocurrency, I guess many people are interested, other possibility is to find a part time job, the best offer I could get is from an international hospitals. This is so frustrating, I did not think it will be easy, but did not think neither that I will have to fight the odds. I guess many are expecting my failure back home, my main mission is to bring something that will replace my old business, which means a lot to do. This is why I am here for, I am here to get rid of my ex life in my hometown, where I was emotionally and soul dying, I had nothing there, except my family that I want to help, I am here to make this happen, and I will, for sure. I know I will suffer a lot, I know I will struggle, but in the end I will succeed.
Can not wait for the next.
