When weed was illegal most of the people who were using most likely lied about their use, especially the younger the age group gets. I don't trust the stats.
Marijuana has benefits AND side effects. It may hinder people from dealing with emotions in a proper manner and when abused can change the way your brain functions and receives dopamine. It's the same when people abuse other drugs.
I'm only asking people be more aware of the facts.
