Passing some life philosophy through stories
1.The father lost the block, and he complained that he was looking around, but he could not find it for a long time. When he went out, his son sneaked into the house and found the watch later. Father asked: How did you find it? The son said: I will sit quietly, and I will hear the ticking in a moment, and the watch will be found.
The more we look for anxiety, the less we can find what we want, and only when we calm down can we hear the inner voice.
2.5. The old man said to his child: "Keep your fist and tell me what it feels like?" The child clenched his fist: "Some tired!" Old man: "Try to use some more force!" Child: "More tired! Some suffocating!" Old man: "Then let go of it!" The child grows up: "It's much easier!" Old man: "When you feel tired, the tighter you are, the more tired you are, let it go, Can release a lot!"
More simple, let go!
