Back Waters of Kerala - Wonderful and Refreshing Experience
Wonderful scenes from backwaters of Kerala. This place seen in the background is called the rice ball of Kerala. The rice fields are below the water level. A strong clay in these back waters prevent it from leaking onto the land below. the land is actually about 2m below the water level, which is an amazing fact. It is something similar to what you see in
Holland.
