Sugar Not Fat - Quick Advice
You should have heard by now, eating fat doesn’t necessarily make you fat. But too much sugar will add those extra pounds on.
Fat makes you fat has been the notion for decades. These days Doctors and Scientists will both tell you that sugar is the culprit. That too much sugar not only make you fat but it's a true killer.
Avoid too much of these products like Sodas, Fruit Juices, Smoothies, Energy Drinks, Ketchup, Snack Bars, Bread, Salad Dressings, Low-Fat Yogurts, just to name a few.
Limit the amount of sugar in take you consume daily. For men it's no more than 36 grams and for women no more than 24 grams.
This should help you from adding those extra unwanted pounds.
