Like a Virgin! steemed for the very first time ;)

So here we go! my first post on Steemit and wondering where do I begin.

My name is Abbey, I am a Yorkshire girl living in the wonderful city of freedom, Berlin! I would describe Berlin as a place for transition, a place of serious life learning, like it or not! If you move to Berlin you are not gonna get it easy that's for sure. That's coming from a girl who used to think she knew everything. Oh how that's changed!

Me

Wow, this city! Full of dark, alternative, tears of joy and tears of pain. Find yourself or lose yourself, there is no in between.

I found myself partying night and day, day and night and soon enough I had to have a serious look at myself in the mirror. What the hell am I doing with my life! something is going to have to change here.

I found this amazing active meditation class starting at 7.30am each morning for 21 days in a row (apparently the amount of time is takes to break a habit) this meditation is called dynamic meditation, designed for the human being in this crazy fast living day. Most people can't even sit for 2 minutes (that was me) Its not easy! Dynamic is designed to bring you as active as you can possibly be and then to stop without moving for 15 minutes, this launches you into meditation where a kind of magic happens. There is one stage that gives you a chance to express yourself in a safe space, beat up a cushion, have a temper tantrum, laugh cry, whatever you wanna do. So I started going to this class and I can honestly say it changed my life. After 3 years of going deep inside myself, understanding life energy and the potential I have in me. My life perspective has truly changed.

Over these years, I have evolved in all directions. Now I find myself in a place looking to really travel and work on the road doing what I love. I think this is possible and I am gonna make it happen.

I want to share with you my life experiences, whether its music , parties, art, healings, teachings, love stories, poems, life lessons, visions, things I fucking love and things that I just cant get my head around.
