Every few days we move the chickens and alpacas to a fresh piece of land for them to graze and manure on the soil.
Chicken manure is high nitrogen source and help to scratch up the soil and grass.
Alpacas are manuring also and are currently our security against the wild dogs

You pasture them together salatin-style? That's a unique pairing, why alpacas?

Thanks to @jennislay, I'm looking for a local alpaca farm so I can steal their poo! I need more poo in my life.

@nateonsteemit ha well they are cool, and they keep away the wild dogs since we had some attacking the chickens
