The Cracks in Humanities’ Foundation

I have found that human beings can sometimes be a very difficult species to understand , some can make a heartfelt promise today and break it the next . Some will tell you of their God and his goodness and love for all and when you turn your back ,slide a knife between your ribs and then there are those to whom you can give everything or save their lives and yet they will turn on you.

On the contrary , there are those who actively do good for their fellow people, feeding those who are hungry , showing kindness to the broken hearted , speaking out for those who are oppressed and bullied and doing everything in their power to make this world a better place for all who live in it, not just for specific sects or groups.

Unfortunately we live in a world where an underlying hatred and racial tension and bullying have become a norm . Technology has developed to the point where interacting with the rest of the world is a matter of pressing a few buttons making one persons potential influence far greater than ever before imaginable .

The foundational thinking of people is where most of the world’s issues are created from and how is this foundational thinking built? It comes down to the rearing , the situations one has experienced in life , the influences one has been exposed to and the way the individual has taken all this and mixed it together to form their own personality .

A trend of insincerity has become prevalent making the personality of most people seem perfectly fine as they say things in a social environment that people perceive to be good but if you look closely , you will see the many hairline fractures in that foundation . If you build upon it and invest time and other precious resources on it , then when the hardships and stresses come , whatever you have built will all come crashing down . Leaving you with the mess while they search for the next victim , trying to fill the emptiness within themselves by capturing someone that makes them feel important but the feeling of wholeness never lasts as it is just an illusion , only they can make themselves whole again .

So if you feel empty inside , do not fear , there is hope but it will not be easy as you need to earn to watch yourself , become true to yourself and to love yourself and all these things , you will have to do and achieve on your own .
If you are a sincere person that does the good things, you will know because if you think of how people have treated you in the past , then you will realize that you have been mistreated and your kindness taken advantage of . To you I implore , be careful and watch for the signs when attaching to people.
