The power of getting up early morning

A few days ago a writing by famous steemian entitled with "the power of morning rituals" prompt me to prepare this article. In my opinion, that was a very good article.
Here, I want to scientifically explain how getting up early in the morning can affect the rest of your day.
The best time to sleep is from ten nights to dawn.
Within a few hours to midnight, the level of cortisol in the blood decreases. If we sleep at this time, it's easier to get out of bed with a higher level of consciousness. It is interesting to know that every second it's worth doubling sleep after midnight.
In addition, blood cortisol reaches its peak in the morning and increases body activity and increases blood glucose levels to increase body energy.
The secretion of endorphins and enkephalins rises sharply during the morning hours. These neuropeptides causing happiness production and muscle relaxation with effect on various parts of the body.
Therefore, wake up in these hours gives the great joy to a person which will be continued by the end of the day.
If someone, for example, sleeps at 12 in the midnight to 10 o’clock in the morning, endorphins secretion is decreased and So the person will feel tired during the day than someone who sleeps from 10 to 5 o’clock in the morning.
In traditional medicine, strong advice has been given to sleep on time. It has been proven in numerous studies that those who work the night shift and sleep during the day is exposed to many physical and mental illnesses and burnout.
Paying attention to the time of sleep has an important influence on the absorption and disposal of materials: for example, from 9 to 11 o'clock in the night is the time of disposal of toxins. Therefore, it is better for the body to be relaxed. 11 to 1 am is the time it takes to remove liver poisons, which we should be in deep sleep. 1 to 3 in the morning is a detoxification Gallbladder that still needs a relaxation. 3 to 5 detoxification in the lungs, 5 to 7 disposal of extra material from the intestine and 7 to 9 am absorbing nutrients, which is the best time for breakfast. So sleep late and waking late makes the poisonous substance not well disposed of the body.

It is also recommended to wake up with a laugh and smile to enjoy the rest of your day.

I liked your post, it is well written and worth spreading and reading. though i have to disagree with such obligation for everyone to wake up early!! It depends on ppl personality, a painter and a programmer or a novel writer do not need to get up early! 😉

yeah, I agree with you. but I think, there is no difference what is your profession or how you work! Early wake up helps to improve your health and wellbeing.
