Is There Really a Need to Worry?

in #life7 years ago

We start worrying for nothing and worry too much. The rule is quite simple. There's no need to worry. Worrying doesn't change anything; except your mental condition. The problem stays there as it was.

In Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Stephen R. Covey mentions three kinds of controls we have on a problem.

  1. Direct Control: When we can solve the problem without depending on others.
  2. Indirect Control: When the problems involves other too. But we can always influence others. There's still control.
  3. No Control: We can't do anything to solve the problem. But even in this scenario, we do have the choice to change our attitude towards that problem.

Worrying is a bad attitude towards a problem. The worst? Worrying too much.

So...

Don't worry and Steem on!

rue, the anticipated concerns do not solve anything and many times the event does not even occur.
Otherwise, if the problem is a fact, then act instead of worrying. This way you can flow things better and find the right solution.

Many times it is not in our actions to solve or modify situations, but we can change the way they affect us.

Life is a continuous learning.
