pinoy street food isaw

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Isaw it is a street food from Philippines, made from barbecued chicken intestines.

The chicken intestines are cleaned, turned inside out, and cleaned again, repeating the process several times either boiled and then grilled with stick

Public market view! Theres a lot of streetfoods vendors here:)

Thank you and have a bless day steemers.

OMG! I love isaw!

It's been almost 10 year since I've been in the Philippines. You got me excited about possibly making a return. Truth of the matter is I've been living out of a backpack for over 10 years and I'm only 34. I've been wandering around South and Central America for almost three years now, and I recently purchased my ticket to Bangkok, the gateway to that part of the world. And I am excited about it! South East Asia is my favorite part of the world. You're post really has me missing it. Probably not for the Chicken intestines, but the people, culture, and food in general.

I'm new here on steemit, I'm figure out my way. I write Travel Reports from a budget travelers perspective. My last report on Panama, I gave it pretty bad reviews, but Ecuador got great reveiews, You can see them here if you'd like.

The Ecuador post blew up, with close to three hundred up-votes. I think people prefer reading positive reviews better.

Are you a perpetual Traveler like myself? What part of the world do you enjoy most?

I really liked your post, I can almost smell the street food looking at your photos. up-voted and following. Keep up the good work! - World Travel Pro
