WHAT REALLY DEFINES US

I have a friend, all her life she has been insecure about her weight and her body to a point she considered undergoing surgery on some part of her body when she has the money. Why is it that girls want to be blond ,sexy (which is now defined as being slim ,curvacious even sometimes skinny by some people),tall ,have straight legs and look good in a bikini, who tells us slim is sexy, who tells blond hair and blue eyes is beauty.
Imagine if you lived alone in the world with no one, will you realize that having stretch marks are ugly, that a big stomach is disgusting, being fat is a curse, that African girls with no curves are considered unattractive, do you want to change that part of you because you want to or because you are running out of options.

Let's talk about sexuality, if you have the opportunity to choose your gender before being born will. you want to be who you are now or you prefer another gender, will you want to be a male rather than a female or vice versa.

I want to get married, is it really because of love or society? I love been rich why? We all know the answer money commands respect and bring power.
Let's talk about race, why the discrimination in one rather than the other, who chooses which race should be worshipped and which one should be condemned, having a particular skin colour can determine how you will be treated, image source
who decides our fate ?,us or society, but we make up the society, are we to say we are to be blamed. image source
I ask myself this, I am who I am today is it because of society or is it by my own conviction, decisions or beliefs, who am i? I know one thing for sure I am a female living in a challenging world.
