The Pineal Gland - Benefits, Exercises and Activation
What is the pineal gland?
The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland found in your brain that produces melatonin.
It is shaped like a fruit or pineapple seed (visualizes a pineapple) and is located in an area higher than the pituitary gland.
At just 5-8 millimeters in size, it is considered a mysterious epicenter of human anatomy.
Located between the cerebral hemispheres, next to the third ventricle (say a couple of centimeters above your eyebrows, and halfway between your forehead and your neck), almost on the cerebellum, and is directly related to the seventh chakra.
Photosensitive and magneto-receiver
It responds to the variations of light that occur around us and is activated by the lack of light to secrete melatonin.
It secretes endorphin substances that cause greater tranquility and allows the senses to relax and induce sleep.
Scientific studies have proven that it is a magnetoreceptor, which transforms the waves of magnetic fields into neurochemical stimuli.
Reduced activity can lead to stress, fatigue, moodiness, depression, sleep disturbances, decreased performance at work, and even cancer risks.
It is receptive to geomagnetic field waves, schumman resonance, micro-pulsations of cosmic origin and ELF or low frequency field.
Where the pineal is located
It is easily located by drawing a straight line from the centre of the crown of the head to the base of the skull and by drawing another straight line from the centre of the space between the eyebrows, knowing that this is the point where both lines meet.
It's right in the center of the brain between the eyebrows.
Pineal gland functions and what it is used for
One of the main functions of the pineal gland is to release the hormone known as melatonin.
In addition, it has'photo-sensitive' properties -it uses sunlight to induce mood variations-, so it is fundamental in the regulation of our biorhythms.
With lots of practice and discipline you can activate the pineal to access new experiences.
It should be noted that with the third eye all the mysteries of existence can be solved.
What is its function?
- For the stress hormone, it is adaptogenic
- Strengthens the immune system, is a powerful antioxidant
- Regulates circadian rhythm and waking and sleep cycles
- Delays neurogenerative processes
- Converts signals from the nervous system into endocrine signals
- It regulates endocrine functions. Relieves and improves tinnitus
- It's where immortal energy is stored.
- Increases immunity to disease
- It secretes melatonin, produces DMT and is a reservoir of serotonin.
Benefits of activating the pineal hormone:
- It opens your universal energy and divine essence. It boosts your creativity
- Gives you greater happiness, well-being, positivism, joy
- You release stress by regulating the absorption of free radicals
- Improves cell regeneration and slows down aging
- You feel more balanced with yourself
- Some diseases may subside, even in serious illnesses
- It develops your perception and extrasensory faculties
- Sleep cycles are repaired and consciousness expands
How the pineal gland is neutralized and activated
As small as it is complex, it has many mysteries yet to be discovered.
In any case, we are going to comment on some things that can neutralize the functions of this gland as well as some actions and formulas to help it work perfectly.
Why is its function neutralized?
- Stress, Caffeine, Refined Sugar, Mercury, Fluorine
Healing the activation of the pineal gland allows to heal traumas, diseases, activate the imagination, use one's own energy, etc.
It has been shown to work in conditions such as depression, kidney problems, arthritis, anorexia, smoking, irritable bowels, diabetes, insomnia and others.
One of the problems that usually occurs with the pineal gland is calcification due to environmental factors and lifestyle habits, therefore, it is very important to reduce and eliminate this calcification in order to favour its further development.
In any case, it is a process that takes time.
Complementary therapies and acts that help:
- Acupuncture, Auriculotherapy, Meditation
- Fixing attention on an object firmly to try to move it with the mind and feel the pressure on the forehead
- Relaxing baths with soft music, guided visualizations
- Exercises with stereograms or drawings that create the illusion of deep vision
- The Cyclopean method
A few minutes of direct exposure to sunlight works to activate the functioning of the pineal gland as a bioregulator.
