The Almighty said: "And we have made of water all living things, do not they believe?" [1] This verse is sufficient to demonstrate the importance of water in life, for God made water the mystery of everything living on this earth. One of the most important elements on which the planet is based, constituting 71% of the Earth's surface. It is a chemical compound composed of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen, and it is liquid liquid, tasteless, color and odor.

Water is present in three cases: liquid in the form of oceans, rivers, seas, lakes, springs, and rain, the most common condition on the surface of the earth where the liquid state is responsible for biological processes within living organisms. Solid state in the form of snow and ice sheets. And the gaseous state such as the water vapor in the atmosphere that causes the phenomenon of convection.

The water cycle in nature

The water cycle can be defined as the continuous movement of water between the surface of the earth and the air, through which the water turns from liquid to gaseous, and then returns to the liquid state again.

Water cycle stages

Water passes through several stages, as follows: [2]

Absorption of ocean water and rivers running to the heat of the sun evaporation occurs (Evaporation).
The rise of steam into the atmosphere to condensation occurs in the form of drops forming clouds, falling in the form of rain and cold, and snow.
Some of the water is absorbed by the soil and the roots of the plants for use in their biological processes to evaporate later from the surface of the surface of the earth. The leaves are in the transpiration process.

the importance of water

Water has great importance in the life of everything on Earth, so that even living beings can live, can not dispense with water. The importance of water lies in the following aspects:

The importance of water to man

Protect the heart from heart attacks, as drinking too much water increases the blood flow, so it acts as an anticoagulant. [3]
Cardiovascular diseases cause coronary heart disease to build up blood flow, and this is where drinking water works to lower the level of cholesterol in the blood, thus reducing fat. [3]
Prevention of urinary tract infections and deposits of kidney stones and gallbladder, where the lack of drinking water in many disorders of the urinary system. [4]

The water helps to expel toxins from the body in two ways: sweat and urine, and drinking enough water to dissolve the salts and minerals in the urine and rid the body of them. [6]
Reduces fatigue, when there is a small amount of water inside the body, less blood volume, the heart needs more effort to pump blood, which leads to feeling tired, fatigue is the first symptoms of dry body. [7]
Helps digestion and constipation, as drinking plenty of water helps to promote metabolism within the body, which helps improve gastrointestinal function and facilitate bowel movement. [4]
Water regulates body temperature, relieves heat at high temperatures or during physical exertion. [4]
Prevents bad breath, as keeping the mouth moist contributes to the disposal of food stuck and bacteria in the mouth.
Maintains a healthy complexion. Water is the foundation of beauty. Drinking plenty of water helps replenish skin tissue, maintain moisture and vitality, and reduce scars, grain and wrinkles. [8]

Not only is water important for humans to help them perform their vital functions within their bodies, but they also take advantage of water to manage many other things in their lives. Woff, woff!

Hello @osm1, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!

Woff, woff! 🐶
