This video is simply put, and I don't say this lightly, one of the top 2-3 most useful and helpful videos I have ever seen. Motivation is a temporary thing. We all get motivated to change or achieve, but it doesn't last long. Knowing why we do the things we do and then fixing them is the real key to personal freedom.
