My highest weight was 333 lbs
My starting weight was 325 lbs
Week one weigh in- 312 lbs ****13 lbs lost!******
Week two weigh in -308 lbs **** 4 lbs lost!******
This week was so much harder than last, I craved carbs hardcore but I resisted. I started adding back in exercise and it felt amazing to finally be active again. I tracked everything that went into my mouth and stayed under my calories and within my macros every day. This week I finally started testing positive for ketones and I did a happy dance that first time! I also had an amazing thing happen I picked up a work out shirt that was on clearance for a dollar. They only had an x- large and I usually wear a 2x or 3x but for a dollar, I couldn’t pass it up. When I got home I tried it on just for fun and it fit! All in all my weight loss wasn’t as big as last weeks but progress is progress and I couldn’t be happier. I plan on following everything I did this week but adding more exercise. Hopefully next week I will have a better number!

Celebrate that! Celebrate every small step you rock star and be super proud of yourself.
The cravings come from the carbohydrate eating bugs in your gut saying they're hungry, but they're dying off now and you're feeding the different ones now.
If you can get some cultured foods into your diet that will help your gut work better too, and support healthy gut flora, which is another cornerstone of good health and energy.
