BE POLITE
Few days back an incident happened at my place of work, there is this junior staff that is well known for been rude to both clients and fellow staff, she got into one of her rude display with a client and it almost led to a physical fight if not for the intervention of other staffs around.
At a public place of work, you get to relate with various people with different personality, the polite ones, the aggressive, the extremely gentle ones, the rude ones as well. Since life is all about relationship and in relating with people, its important to study each person's personality, dos and don'ts in order to avoid stepping on each others toes.
Above all of these, it is important to be polite in relating with everyone, be it young or old because you do not know who will be of help to you some day.
It is good to be good because your goodness will return to you some day.
