WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE MILK EVERYDAY

Milk is a white nutrient food secreted by the mammary of mammals.Its a primary source of nutrition for young mammals before they are able to digest other types of food.
Milk contain significant amount of saturated fat,protein,minerals,vitamins and carbohydrate(lactose) which helps in the growth of the youngs.
The first mammary parturition known as colostrum contains antibodies,immune factors and cells which protect infant against diseases and other infections disoders.Research has shown that cows milk contains more mineral,protein and less lactose than normal milk.Colostrum contains Vit.A and Vit. D
Milk is a natural source of nutrition for all infant mammal and food product for human of all ages.

I think it's wrong. When you're grown up, you don't need milk as you are not growing anymore. It just makes your bones weaker.

All in all, it's only my humble opinion.

Your opinion is pretty much appreciate but i'll say as taking milk is good for young people so is it good for older people reason being that as one grows older the bones begin to grow weaker and insufficient intake of calcium rich food leads to osteoporosis.Milk contains calcium which helps strengthen the bone and makes it strong.

Milk is one of the idea food item with full of useful nutrients for our body. It also contain calcium which is helpful ,even in old age. so everybody should take it on regular basis unless you are lactose intolerance.
