Perfection: Does it exist?
No one is perfect. No one is. Maybe no one was. I doubt that though but perfection is a
far cry from actualization. An impossibility. So they say. I bet you agree too
Here is the One Million Steem Question :
Then what the hell is wrong with perfectionist if perfection is impossible?
Before we dive into that question, what is Perfection? How can it be measured? Against which standard? Who evaluates it?
All these questions can easily become rhetorical when answers become inexistent.
No one, they say is an epitome of perfection, going by that word, we can outrightly say perfection has no standard.
Nevertheless, so called perfectionist always have an idea of their own perfect in mind while in the process of creation.
With that being said, let's talk about why people chase perfection if it is not existent.
The truth is that, even though, there is no generalized perfection, there are personalized standards of Perfection peculiar to every perfectionist.
So, what is the conclusion?
I was just kidding, perfection exists but it is personal.

Yes valuable
No one is perfect, but some are close to perfect. In my honest opinion, people aren't equal, everyone is different...just my thoughts
Your thoughts sounds right to me. Thank you for reading @alex-icy.
This reminds me of a short story that I've read in high school, involving America's Benjamin Franklin requesting a smithy to grind his axe until it shines on all of its faces. I think it's called the "Speckled Axe" or something of the sort. The premise of it was that while perfection is impossible to attain, it should be chased regardless, as the results from chasing it can be just as impressive as the concept of perfecting something.
Thank you for this nice reply. I really do appreciate it.
The idea of perfection I think was originated from Newton's mechanistic universal. Human were never designed to be perfect, that's why the saying "we are just human" . The idea of perfection and imperfection are simply a construct of our minds and have no real basis. They are thoughts we originate.
Our pursuit for perfection I think is a disguise for insecurity, people who seek to be perfect always have an exaggerated sense of their own flaws. They think living into perfection they may come above shame. That's why perfectionist tend to believe others are better than them so they try to live with no mistake in other to meet up with them.
People who seek perfection are most times sensitive to the judgement of others. Chasing after perfection only limit our ability to feel present and being real. For me, perfection is unachievable
Perfection is unachievable, but could lead to something awesome. Thanks for your submission @shemzy.
