DON'T JUDGE ANYONE BY THE OPINION OF OTHERS
It is wrong to pass judgement on anyone or anything based on the opinion of others, because people could have weird or no justifiable reasons for disliking, praising or criticizing something.
I've seen relationships break because of the opinion of third parties. People hate people they have never seen, nor ever had any relationship with, because of what others say about them. Some products are rejected because someone came up with lies against such products. People make marital decisions on the opinion of others. People get scammed because they bought the opinion of others. Some people make silly mistakes because someone told them it was the right thing to do.
We must learn to never to make an important decision relying on other people's opinion. Stop depending on other people's thoughts and judgments. Most people are biased for reasons best known to them.
Reasons why we should analyze things personally without a biased mind.
When we judge people or things by other people's opinion, we are certainly going to see reasons to justify whatever we were told. This is because, when we accept other people's opinion of something, our minds will create a mental image of what and how that person is based on what we were told and we'll try to find points to justify what we already have in mind.
We should understand that someone's opinion of other people or things is just a reflection of who that person is and how he interprets things. Therefore, we should not rely on their opinion, because if we judge that same thing with an unbiased mind, we could have a different interpretation.
We should also understand that most people judge things out of ignorance. When people don't understand something or somebody, they always have a wrong opinion of that person or thing.
Most people are sentimental when judging other people and things. We people have different beliefs and values, they sometimes treat the contrary believe with disdain and try to make other people do the same thing.
Conclusion
I grew up as a member of a certain religious sect. We were told we are the best. We were meant to look at others as if they didn't know what they are doing. We were even told not to read books written by the others. But when I got to a certain age, I decided to taste being on the other side, and now I realized that all we were told was out of sentiments and disdain for contrary beliefs.
Think for yourself. Never rely on the opinion of others.

I CAN SAFELY SAY WE CAN JUDGE OUR POLITICIANS FROM ALL WE HEAR ABOUT THEM!!!!.........................Welcome back
Lol! You didn't bother to call me. Didn't you know I've been sick? Just gradually recovering.
WHAATTTTTTTTTTTT?......i called you three times in all!!!!!!!!!!!!
You forgot?
This is good but we have to listen to people too , cause sometimes people say the right words . and after hearing their words we can go and check if what they said was real or not.
Of course, we have to listen to people, but not pass judgement strictly on what they say or think. We have to do our own research without a biased mind. Thanks for your comment here @davidfar.
I strongly agree with your opinion friends. We do not easily accept the opinions of others before we see it. We may be deceived by the sweet words that persuade us to agree with his opinion. Thank you friends already sharing.
You are right friend. Thanks for your comment here.
Absolutely agree @ogoowinner ! People have their own opinions, thoughts and freedom of speech. We may not appreciate everything they say or do, but does not mean they deserve being judged, especially when we are forming an opinion based on words that may have passed several mouths. Good post. Upvoted, resteemed and following you :)
Thanks so much for this feedback @jars.
very rightly said,nicely explained
@blazing, thanks for agreeing on this.
This is a great article. Judging people is a major problem with our world today, religious sentiments, political sentiment, racial sentiments are all what kill the unity in this present world. Maybe someday things will get better.
You are absolutely right. Judging with sentiment is our major problem today. Thanks for your comment here @turpsy.

It's difficult to judge people in a vacuum without outside influences playing a part... but we must do our best
It's truly difficult, but like you said, we must try our best to that. Thanks for your comment here @twosentences.
Opinions are fallible and going only on hearsay is not a good policy. But often, we don't really need to know everybody's whole story to judge some of their more questionable choices for instance when they are intentionally hurtful to other or when their choices are disruptive or the extreme case - criminal.
Of course, it's always good to keep in mind that it's impossible to know everything about another person's situation and reasoning, so reserving judgment until it's needed or clear is always a good policy. You just have to watch out if you are not too naive as I've personally have given some people the benefit of the doubt when they hadn't deserved it and that has ended up with other people close to me being hurt because of me not passing judgment and taking counter measures on time.
Oh! So sorry to hear about your experience of not passing judgement on time. In all we do, we have to be discreet. We someone is notoriously known to be bad, trading with caution is important. Thanks for your comment here @rocking-dave.
Well, that particular person was not really notorious, but all the sings were there and my overly positive disposition made me blind to see them. In the end, what's done is done and all we can do is learn from our own mistakes and from the mistakes of others and that's why I'm sharing mine ;)
There were many times! We often invent itself "Authorities", and then are disappointed in them=))
Thanks for this comment @natasmr.
