Many children often play computer games. As a result, they may have specific physical and mental problems. Let's take a look at how to manage problems and avoid them.

1. Different difficulties of sitting in the long run

Continuous pressure on the back and the movement of blood in the body is interrupted due to sitting constantly looking at the computer screen. Besides, due to the low movement, low-calorie expenditure can occur and we may unknowingly develop complications like heart disease, cancer, diabetes.

Eyes burn on the computer for a long time. There is a lot of difficulty working in front of the monitor. Many people are infected with 'Computer Vision Syndrome'. The vision is covered with a dull, one looks at two things (double vision), the eyes dry up, the red becomes irritated, itching. The text on the computer screen is pixel-fitted, its edges are blurred. So while reading, I feel pressured.

Such problems can occur even if you use a computer for only three hours of the day. Those who work on computers for a long time, they have painful headaches, neck and back pain.
