Glad to see someone actually following! Hahaha. Well, I believe that not only the experiment, but my life in general has been really demanding and taxing these days, which has impacted my adaptation period a lot. I'm doing all I can to get everything under control so I can get on with the experiment as intende.
I also feel this is preparation to how real life, so to speak, would be if I lived polyphasically, and so far I honestly don't mind it. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'll never fully go back to monophasic. The naps have changed my life already!
Ha, glad for this blockchain for once... because I wonder if you still say the same in a week, a month, a year time!
