Love Obituary.
What happened to those days when love is pronounced?
When love is visible?
When parents beat up their children because they are fond of their partner?
What happened to the good days?
Were parents of the boy go to the parents of the girl to warn them so that their daughter can leave their son alone?
What happen to those wonderful days when daughters will have to sneak to their boyfriend's house when they send them on an errand?
Wonderful days when the love birds will have to run from their place of abode to a strange land to avoid parents or tradition hindrances.
Why do ladies of these days date their husband and marry their boyfriend?
Can this be attributed to high rate of divorce?
What has happened to Love?
Is love dead?
I've seen and heard ladies say,
I met him yesterday, he said he want to marry me I'm confused o.
Two things can be attributed to your confusion
- He looks wealthy
- You're desperate about marriage, because your mates are already married.
The suitable answer to this has always been follow your heart.
My question now is follow my heart to where?
To doom or to bliss?
On the other hand,
Parents (especially mothers) aren't helping at all,
Our mothers instead of standing boldly to state the dos and donts of marriage, they shy away.
Hear them when the suitor seems poor;
My dear,
marriage is a lifetime thing,
Are sure you can live with this man?
Are you sure he can take good care of you?
I don't want frying pan to fire o,
Are you sure this is what you want?
Remember children are on their way,
Think about this o,
Are you sure you are ready for it?
If you're, no problem sha,
but if you ask me, I will tell you to rethink.
Now the suitor seems wealthy, hear them;
My dear you don't have to be confused.
Love is a beautiful thing.
Love grows.
You'll know him more when you get married to him.
I never knew your father when we first got married.
Just try to keep your home.
The Fact;
The truth is that love that wasn't planted cannot germinate, it certainly can't grow.
Love is beautiful when it's between beautiful hearts.
You can't like what you hate.
On this note,
I hereby introduces the SFRCM model to workable marriage.
Stranger - Friendship - Relationship - Courtship - Marriage.
From being strangers, you become friends, dating followed before marriage.
Summarily,
The heart misses a beat when you see your husband/wife.
Marriage doesn't come with a doubt.
Once there's an atom of fear or doubt about any suitor,
he's not your husband,
I repeat, he's not your husband.
Perfect love casteth away fear.
Though he can still be your husband.
