"As Above So Below"

This ancient proverb attempts to reveal the wisdom of how the world works. It suggests that the stars above are somehow a reflection of life here on earth. The truth, simplicity and elegance of these four words can be harnessed to imagine, re-imagine and manifest our individual and collective goals as human beings on Earth.

'As above so below' links the macrocosm - the larger or universal structure, with the microcosm - the smaller or individual structure. In simple terms, what we see in the world around us, is a mere reflection of that which we, the observer presently IS.

Do you wish to live in a world of peace, unity, abundance, harmony, freedom, joy and love? I do! What if I were to tell you that you alone have the power to create that reality? 'As above, so below' teaches us that as we evolve, grow and shift as humans, so do the stars and the world we experience as reality around us. Turns out, we can create a world of peace in two simple steps. Here's how:

1. Love Yourself.
   Wake up each morning reminding yourself how much you love yourself. Remind yourself that whoever you are, you are beautiful, unique, gifted and powerful. Remind yourself each day that you are a compassionate loving being and a being deserving of infinite love. Remind yourself that there is nothing you need to do, be, achieve or change about yourself for you to give and receive abundant love in all of its brilliant forms! Remember to breathe, and to accept your thoughts and actions without judgment. We are all learning, growing and doing the best we can in each moment!

2. Love Your Family.
   Show appreciation gratitude and kindness to family and those mates whom you might live with or see everyday. Remember that each being is equally, gifted, unique, beautiful and powerful. Be compassionate, peaceful and kind, especially in your reactions to the actions of others. Encourage and celebrate the successes and interests of others. Through deep breathing, move deeper each day into a space of unconditional love for your family members and mates. In this space, we do not withdraw our love or support for others based upon their actions. Unconditional love is a space of non-judgement - where we release the role or need to be a judge as we simply observe and accept what is.

The loving spaces we create within our selves and within our families will reverberate our into our communities nations and across the globe. Every emoting we experience within our homes and family experience are amplified out into the macrocosmic global community and universe. Mindfulness and personal responsibility are key! In this simple and magical way, we are each able to create and co-create the world around us in our own image. It all starts with you. Moving into your loving heart. As below, so Above.
