What a difference! Nice work, lets use this to keep each other motivated about changing our lives. You have done an incredible job and I am 100% confident that you will be successful in living a better life. Since putting the 10KG on have you noticed much of a difference in your sleep?
Not so much sleeping at night. But have noticed I have less energy that I used to and can easily nap during the day.
