How to retain youth.

There are some effective ways to stay young. If you follow them properly, you can stay young and fresh for a long time.
Skin care:
• Adequate sleep: Sleep 7-8 hours daily.
• Healthy food: Eat more fruits, vegetables, water.
• Sunscreen: Use sunscreen to protect the skin from the sun's harmful rays.
• Moisturizer: Use moisturizer to keep the skin soft.
• Scrub: Remove dead cells by scrubbing once a week.
• Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol: These damage the skin.
Physical Health:
• Exercise: Exercise regularly. It will keep the body healthy and the skin will glow.
• Yoga: Yoga calms the body and mind.
• Stay stress free: You can reduce stress by doing meditation, music etc.
• Drink enough water: Keep the body hydrated.
Mental Health:
• Stay Positive: Enjoy life and always be cheerful.
• Learn something new: Keep learning something new. It will refresh the mind.
• Maintain social contact: Spend time with family and friends.
Food:
• Foods rich in antioxidants: Eat berries, grapes, spinach etc.
• Omega-3 fatty acids: Eat fish, nuts, etc.
• Protein: Eat milk, meat, eggs etc.
Others:
• Good quality sleep: Deep sleep repairs body cells.
• Keep smiling: Laughter is very beneficial for health.
• Love yourself: Take care of yourself and value yourself.
Remember: No great results can be achieved in a day to retain youth. All these ways should be followed gradually.
