Garden Update - Late July
My garden is doing great here in Northern Virgnia...tune in for my Late July update:
In today's video, I take you on a tour of my garden during the end of July. I was gone for a week of vacation with my family so many plants in the garden went wild. My Zucchini, Cucumber, Tomato, and Pumpkins all look great and are still producing. My next move will be to prepare my garden for the fall by amending my beds with compost and clearing out most of the plants that have produced heavy yields. This will mean that my Zucchini, Tomato, harvested Pumpkin and Cucumber plants will be chopped down soon to make way for my fall crops. I am still getting a good harvest on my Hungarian Wax Peppers and will not be chopping them down yet.
Overall, I have been very pleased with the Spring garden.
