Amazing movie, you just motivated me, I also can't stop smoking, I have to do that, I always through a whole box of cegarettes to stop doing that, but that is not helping me, I ask after that from frineds. It's so hard to quit smoking after doing that for a few years, it's a really bad happit and we have to get rid from it, I don't know even how. Thanks for creating this. ☺
You need to have a big WHY my friend. Trust me that nothing is ever easy in life. You want to be successful, you have to hustle! You want to lose weight, you have to exercise and eat healthy EVERYDAY! You want to quit smoking then discipline yourself to do so. Find WAYS that will work for you. It's going to be challenging, I can tell you that, but it's definitely possible :)
