  • Dinner less abundant and especially early. Do not go to sleep right after dinner, let it go at least 3-4 hours. At night the intestine slows down so it is easier for gases to be produced.

  • Reduce food with saturated fat. Remove processed foods from your food, fried and battered.

  • Reduces the consumption of legumes (chickpeas, lentils, beans, beans, peas, soy ...), cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage or cabbage), as they produce many gases.

  • Avoid the spicy.
