Took the splint off
So I took my splint/cast or whatever off. Suture holes have healed up so I figured I'd let the hand get some water. after a gentle exfoliating and moisturizing it's feeling and looking much better! Physio starts tomorrow which also happens to be my 34th birthday!

Wow that's some dry skin! Hope its feeling a little better, do you have any mobility yet? In 2007 I chopped up 3 fingers on my left hand and it was a good 8 months before I was able to use them again, it was a long healing process. The good news is that you will heal, slowly but certainly. Just stay positive and keep those neurons firing!

Mobility is coming back. I really like the heat therapy. It really loosens up that scar tissue. The feeling has been coming back little by little. Very slow rate. I'm looking into laser therapy to eliminate some scar tissue.

It will take a while but I'm glad to hear theres progress. On another topic, can you take a screenshot of how many partiko points you have? I need to make a partiko mentor post and it would be great to showcase your progress. Great to see your posts @mrstark2u Do you use voice to text or are you practicing with your other hand mostly?
