I'm a dentist and it appears there is fracture in mandible and the doctors did a greatjob as they used an arch-bar for fixation of fracture

Yes in this picture, that's a definite fracture and after the archbars were removed the plates and screws remain. I'll try to be in as much detail about those parts as possible. Thanks for your interest, it's a good motivation to continue on.
