Opportunity
"It's very disjointed."
My beta reader got back to me, and I wasn't surprised. The entire month was very disjointed. End of summer appointments and new routines always seem to throw me off-balance, but that's life, isn't it?
So story #3 isn't done on time. That said, I have a unique opportunity coming up that will allow me to not only finish the next short but get a few more first drafts done. If all goes well, I'll probably get started on the second book as well.
I'm not going to say much about it right now, but I will keep you posted.
In other news, I'm trying to phase out Facebook. I started a discord server with another FB friend so we can discuss fiction writing. If you are interested in joining you can click here.
I will still keep my page and my FB profile, but most of the posts you'll see on either with be through sharing. I have my Instagram account which I hadn't posted to in a while, but once I stop fighting Facebook, I'll likely post there more often. Yes, I know it's owned by Facebook, but it's isn't as buggy.
It's going to be okay.
