Zuma is gone

The 14th February 2018 everyone in South Africa got a gift.

ZUMA RESIGNED.

Why was it a gift?
Easy for ten years he has done nothing for the people of South Africa.

He sold out, he gave our country to a family, the Gupta family.
He stole from the poor and working class to line his pockets along with those of the the Gupta family, his family and his friends.
Not once did he care for the people of South Africa and when we all started standing together he made it a colour problem and not a theft problem.

The crime in South Africa has done nothing but climb higher and higher with each passing year.
All the while the economy went down down down.
South Africa was down graded.
Pretty much everything went down the toilet. Including the infrastructure of the country. Nothing was planned for, the water crisis is not his fault but he was told it would come and he should get things in place. He didn't, he built a fire pit at his homestead.

So how do I feel about the new guy?

One word, unsure.

I know he is a good business man, he claims he will make changes and big ones and then follows things with a "pasop"
Who is he threatening, the criminals or the population in general?

I do believe we should give him a chance to prove his worth but that does not mean we should trust him unconditionally or blindly. We did with Zuma and look where that got us.

He has already indicated there will be cabinet changes so lets see.

We will never have another Mandela but what he stood for is what the world should strive to achieve.
We should believe in the future generations and as a parent I believe we should be the change and teach them well.
My favourite thing to remind my kids is "TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED"

So here is to a new South Africa, a united South Africa, one country, one Nation.
