Tried this twice and both times got blissfully knocked out at the third round. Felt like I had pressed the mental 'reset' button and my mind felt super fresh when I came to. Kinda like the pass out I get during yoga nidra... or after a few tequilas when I was young and wild - but without the hangover after :-D Thanks for sharing!
