After Hours: De-stressing

I'm going to share with you 3 methods I use to 👊🏼 a stressful day right in the throat. What works for me might not work for you but I encourage you to seek something that is going to rid you of this silent killer called stress.

Method 1

The best way for me to relieve any type of tension that builds up throughout the day is to come home and run a scolding, hot, bubble-insfused 🛀🏻

My secret ingredient: Epsom Salt.

Shut off that brain from all your responsibilites for 20 minutes, that's all you really need.

Method 2

Give yourself every right to binge-watch Sam and Dean Winchester save the world with some Supernatural.

Method 3

Las or lad- I'm not sexist- veg out with a good face mask, and get that 😁 ready for the next day because everyone else who didn't leave the work life back at the office, is going to need some of your good vibes tomorrow. 😘

Just make sure that "customer is always right" attitude is left at the desk and you're "Imma do me" checks in right as you walk through your front door.

You know... you could have that Friday feeling every day.
