Anxiety reduction strategies
Exercise and try to abandon your sports during regular exercises. Deep breathing, muscle relaxation, shouting in the mountains and plains, and running smoothly will eliminate many of your inhibition.
Imagine anxious situations in your privacy and look for the right answers in your words and behaviors. In other words, ask yourself what I was doing better? And what would I say, was it better?
