Your subconscious mind does not make moral judgments:

Your subconscious mind is a totally unknown figure and is unable to issue any moral judgments or to make a distinction between right and wrong or good and evil. This responsibility lies with the conscious mind alone.
Your subconscious mind will act automatically and as an anonymous person to achieve your goals set for him regardless of being charitable, evil, right, wrong, moral or immoral. How does your subconscious mind work?
