Perhaps more than 80% of negative thoughts are overcome by repelling and refocusing, and the rest may overcome them in discussing the idea, ie 95% or more. The rest you may have to face. When you give up completely just feel comfortable. There you will only find the meaning of the delivery, so that you are achieved its goal and you are satisfied with the collision with it. This way you eliminate more than 99.99% of negative thoughts.
