How to become a strong and influential leader?

Do you want to become a strong leader? Do you want to be president or leader? The leader makes a wonderful president, but unfortunately not every president is an effective leader. Because in fact there are some people in power but they do not get the appreciation of those around them.

You can hear about some tolerant bosses or managers and they are not respected and ignored by employees. There is no doubt that once the president loses respect, the company or the institution is gradually collapsing and failing. Fortunately you can with a little information and make the effort to become a strong leadership figure.

1- Correct use of body language:

10- Provide solutions:

11- Understand your employees well:

What I learned in leadership is all about earning the respect of the people, and the process of getting power is easier than staying in power.

Firstly, your post is awesome, i love it. In addition to that, the entity should also be driven ethically. Considering fairness, justice and equality in all ramification, in order to effectively perform well, he must also know how to dialogue with people(conflict resolution )which is more personal like because managing a number of people from different background is technical in nature but your ability to bring them together to achieve greatness makes you a good leader.
A good leader must also be aware of the trending issue not only outside the entity environment but also within the environment and finally not to always micro- manage the employee or lower level officer as well as to always show them that you really care about them even when the policy is not favourable
