Excellent post And very important issue, nutrition is fundamental for the optimal development of children. If parents and family members knew the importance of good nutrition and the disadvantages of junk food, there would be a great difference in the well-being of children.

Also maybe people would be more intellectually developed, as diets rich in certain nutrients can support/enhance the brain development, whereas junk food is harming it. We have to make this topic more viral!
